Extrusion die and forming rolls

Sheet is formed as the extrusion die feeds material into the steel forming rolls. The photograph shows this equipment at our Nantong site.

Process

Four stages, material to finished sheet

The sequence from raw material to stacked sheet.

  1. Material

    Rigid PVC material is the starting point for every sheet.

  2. Extrusion

    The material is formed into continuous sheet through the extrusion die and forming rolls.

  3. Sizing

    Sheet is produced in 3–30 mm thickness and supplied in the dimensions you specify.

  4. Finished sheet

    Stacked sheet that can be cut, carved, bent, welded or bonded to your design.
